Refund Policy
We appreciates that personal circumstances can change and there will be times when cancelations are inevitable. However once inside one month leading to an event we have made financial outlays that are non-redeemable. Therefore, the following conditions apply when making a cancelation:
Within 7 days and did not enter the course – Full refund available, excluding deposit paid.
Within 7 days but entered the course – 50% refund available
After 7 days – No refund available
All deposits are non-refundable.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee - Getting practical and hands on is needed when learning any aspect of photography. Please remember to complete the course task accurately.
The Money back guarantee is void if you complete over 50% of any course then request a refund. Similarly, if you download course resources such as our guides, pdfs, textures, presets, Raw files etc, then ask for a refund, it will not be given. I am sure you’d agree watching up to 50% of any course is enough to realise whether you like it or not.
Only the price paid for a course will be subject to refund, minus any deductions for physical and digital products. Changes to this policy are down to the discretion of Start Innovate.
